1. Terms

By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

2. Orders/Shipping

The information we request is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders.  In most cases, orders are shipped out within 48 hours of the order being received.  No orders are processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please note shipping and handling charges are non refundable, and will not be refunded for any reason.

3. Refunds

Merchandise can be returned for a refund within 15 days of the shipping date. Please note Shipping and Handling charges are Not Refundable, and will Not be refunded for Any Reason. Products returned must be in resalable condition. Refunds will only be issued by the method they paid with. If an order was paid with a check, we will mail you a check If paid by PayPal you will receive a refund via email. Item/items returned outside Terms and Conditions will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Products missing or have damaged packaging will be charged a $5.00 package fee. Refunds are done at the discretion of Glass Bottle Trees. 

4. Limitations

In no event shall Glass Bottle Trees or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Glass Bottle Trees's Internet site, even if Glass Bottle Trees or a Glass Bottle Trees authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
